What is a security key?

  • Your security key 'unlocks' the paid-for parts of your game.
  • When you purchase a game you are eligible to receive two keys, one for your desktop computer and one for your laptop.
  • Your first key is sent by email once your payment has been processed.
  • You may request the second one here.

I haven't received my security key email.

  • Your security key email should be sent as soon as your payment has been processed.
  • There may be several reasons why you have not received your email: our server did not receive notification from PayPal, our server could not send the email, your server could not receive the email, the email was blocked by a spam filter or general problems have occurred on the internet to slow down or stop your order processing.
  • If you have still not received your email after a day then something has probably gone wrong and you need to contact us.

My security key won't work.

  • Sometimes the profile value may be incorrect. Please check it against the value in your security key email, if it's wrong request a new key here.
  • Check it carefully, if it's correct and your still having problems then contact us.

I have changed my computer hardware, now my security key won't work.

  • This is because the profile value for your machine will have changed.
  • Get a new security key here.

What is a profile value?

  • Various aspects of your computers hardware are combined into a code which we call a profile value eg. 1A2B-3C4D.
  • This value is encoded into your security key.
  • This ensures that your security key can only be used by you, the rightful owner.

Where can I find my profile value?

  • The profile value can be found from the windows start button, go to programs->Harrier Attack II->Register.
  • Alternatively, run the game and from the main menu, go to Help->About->Register. The profile value is given at the bottom of the dialog.
