Automatic Chaff DispenserAutomatically releases chaff when an incoming radar-guided missile is detected, in order to deflect it. If you have not been awarded the chaff dispenser, or the incoming radar-guided missile detector, or if either are damaged, then this equipment will not function. Once awarded, the automatic dispenser can be turned on and off using the auto chaff dispenser on/off switch on the weapon panel of the console. This item can become damaged if the Harrier is hit, but may be repaired by using the 'Console Repair' skill. This award may be won in mission Run For Cover. |
