Cannon
Twin cannon can be mounted under the Harriers fuselage. They can
be effective against ground or air targets, very useful in a pinch.
This weapon is light weight and therefore extremely useful in the
East Island Campaign. Use it as an air
attack weapon when you have no air-to-air missiles.
Select the weapon on the primary or secondary weapon display of
the weapon panel, then 'Fire' or 'Fire2' to shoot.
Hold down 'Fire' to fire multiple rounds, for greatest
effectiveness. The strafe key
combination can be most useful when using this weapon.
Use the 'Targeting
Concentration' skill to enhance targeting.
This weapon is not awarded in any missions. It is freely
available to all pilots. It is not available in the first mission
'Soften'.
