Inline TurnsThese manoeuvres cause the Harrier to slow to a hover, turn 180 degrees, and fly in the opposite direction. These are the slowest of the turn manoeuvres, but this can occassionally be a useful feature. Also, while hovering, the Harrier will use fuel at a faster rate. With the 'Inline Turn - RTF' (RTF: Return To Flight path) manoeuvre, the Harrier turns then re-centres itself directly over the flight path. Two manoeuvres are awarded, the inline turn and the inline - RTF turn. The turns are triggered by key-code. The codes to use are given here. This award may be won in mission Repel. |
