VIFF Port and VIFF StarboardThese manoeuvres cause the Harrier to 'Vector In Forward Flight'. This is a manoeuvre unique to the Harrier where the jet nozzles can be rotated to give a rapid deceleration. When timed correctly the VIFF can shake-off a pursuing aircraft or missile. Two manoeuvres are awarded, VIFF port and VIFF starboard. The VIFFs are triggered by key-code. The codes to use are given here. This award may be won in mission Lure.
